By accessing and using the EMG Excavation website and engaging our rental or service offerings, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
EMG Excavation rents heavy equipment including the 2025 John Deere 317G track loader, 2025 John Deere 35P mini excavator, MaxxD 14 ft telescopic dump trailer, and hydraulic breaker attachments. All rentals are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement prior to equipment release. The renter is responsible for the safe operation and return of all equipment in the condition it was received, normal wear excepted.
When EMG Excavation provides a professional operator, the operator will operate equipment in accordance with industry safety standards. The client is responsible for providing accurate site information, including underground utilities, hazards, and access conditions. EMG Excavation is not liable for damage to underground utilities not disclosed by the client.
Hauling services include the transport of dirt, debris, and approved materials within our service areas across Southern California and Northern Arizona. The client is responsible for ensuring all materials are legal to transport and dispose of. Hazardous materials are not accepted.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required for equipment rentals. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Equipment rentals canceled after equipment has been dispatched will be charged the full rental rate.
EMG Excavation is a licensed and insured contractor. The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence during rental periods. Clients are encouraged to verify their own insurance coverage for rented equipment.
EMG Excavation provides services across Southern California (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino) and Northern Arizona (Camp Verde, Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott), plus surrounding communities. Services outside these areas may be available with an additional travel fee.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Yavapai County, Arizona.
